Shipping policy

Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days. All products are shipped from Denmark via [PostNord, GLS, or DAO], and delivery time depends on your location. For domestic (Denmark) shipments, the typical delivery time is 2–7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size. 

International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Damage
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
